In the short term, no one can tell how the price of the share proceeds. There was an article in the late 1900's that described the development of the U.S. stock market for 30 years.The interesting conclusion was that 95 percent of the overall index increase, occurred in1.2 percent of trading days (90 of the 7802 days).I find it hard to believe that our favorite CRE, behaves differently.So a word of wisdom with scientific knowledge:) Sit down and look at how the grass grows, there is no reason why we shouldn´t be long term, at current levels.
