     Overall it is good for LEG. LEG puts up 16,000 net acres and some management expertise. In return it gets  

     a 37% exposure to a much larger land package in the Alberta Bakken. LEG was getting no value in its stock price for the 16,000 Bakken acres. Long term great upside here.
