Maybe .35 is the deemed 'fair value' the market has decided all gold stocks should be trading at.  So our downnside here is only .30 - be worried, though, if you hold Newmont, Barrick, Goldcorp, etc.  It's going to really hurt Newmont shareholders going from 44 to .35 (although it probably hurts a lot already going from 70 to 44).
