RE: RE: RE: Time to put the company up for sale As I have mentioned before the price will be in the .70 cent area, the company can't produce at a commercial rate.
With the remaining cash on hand and the amount of money needed to survice 2012, puts enormouse preassure on the Cline boys. They don't have enough experience to bring this mine into profit during these hard times. Hence I still predict they will start to solict potential buyers because of the do or die situation. If it were an experience crew with experience in coal production, yes perhaps they would be able to go through the next 7 months and turn a profit and with stand all the public pressure. A selling of this company is very forseeable. However, just remember it will be sold as an exploration company not a production company...Why? because they don't have, lets say a 2 year running record for anyone to value the company and pay a premium for a production company. Hence my prediction of the sell price of cline at $2 max max max or Bankruptcy. If they manage to get another share offering, I think it will be for .40-.50 because a lot of brokers would probably say how the hell are we gonna be able to sell shares of this company to the public with the current history it has had in the constant drop of share price for the last year and half, and the incompetance to produce any coal, and that they havent had any sales contracts. Oh ya, plus they keep revising their production targets lower and lower as time goes on...wow a huge display of not being able to accurately forecast what your own company can do, or a huge display of incompetence, or both.
Last but not least the share price will fluctuate between .70-.80 until a news release of a sales contract which will bring the share price to .90 - 1.00
Everything stated here is my opinion, and Screw you Cline and BOD
