This fall is pretty incredible.  At this point I think the market may be saying that it doesn't believe BB10 is on track for late 2012.  I'm growing skeptical as well, because my understanding is that more or less complete phones must pass lengthy (~3 month) trials with the carriers before they can offered for sale.  (I stand to be corrected if my understanding is incorrect)  That means the OS + hardware would have be ready very, very soon, and the Dev alpha devices, though promising, suggest they may not be as close as the market had expected.

 

Still haven't pulled the trigger, but this is looking like a pretty sweet deal right about now.  It's rare that you can buy a company for $1 less than tangible book, and approaching half of total book.  So very, very tempting, but I don't like catching falling knives.
