Your 50% correct James. No buyers. Lots of sellers. No promotion. No News, Unheard of company.

 

It would knock your socks off to see what a good Public Relations person can do to put a company in the spotlight.

 

Since the goal is
.10 or lower, a Public Relations person would ruin the strategy.
