Our DD is different that that of IMC. In relative terms, we know so little about what is going on with Sangdong and we have to decide who we trust. If you never trust anyone, then you never invest. That means you never lose money, but you also never make money. Now IMC is on the inside going over all of the details of the offtake. They are not going to drop 70M on something they see as too risky. Wolfry, I really respect everything you say--you come across as someone with a lot of experience in these type of matters, hence your realistic approach to it all. In spite of this stock being as de-risked as just about any penny stock on the Venture, this past month has been an example of how there always remains significant risk with any penny stock.
That being said, if IMC, with all of their resources and inside information, remove the "subject to DD" clause and advance the next 30M, it should give a huge level of confidence to we smaller potatoes, that our trust in Woulfe continues to be grounded in sound logic and reasoning. I honestly do think IMC will be doing this sooner rather than later (they have up to June 23rd to get out of the deal by exercising the "subject to" escape clause, but I am thinking they will do so in May). Wolfry, I am as surprised as you are as to the s/p dropping below .30 with all of the good news in recent weeks--it does seem to go against logic. But then the market is not always logical, or else we would all be rich. Overall I remain optimistic. I was obviously wrong when I thought the FS would raise the s/p (and Shinningstar likes to remind me of that!). Hopefully the advancing of the 30M from IMC.will move the s/p out of its slump and push it closer to the fundamentals of the company.
