Market does not like uncertainty.  This could be one factor in S M&E's slide to the mid-.30s.  I've backed off from Stong Buy to BUY until the "situation" improves.  Will look at buying either SSL warrants and/or S M&E common late next week when funds are in place.  I feel certain Nolan Watson will turn this aroung; however, he does need to insure that future deals are with better qualified "partners."  GL
