RE: RE: RE: RE: LARGO RECEIVES BNDES BOARD APPROVA John, can you not say one thing positive towards Largo, just once, please?
I actually thought the financing rate was pretty decent and considering the general interest rates in Brazil, having access to the BNDES rates is a huge advantage.
I think also that the 3.3% maybe a one time rate as geezer suggests, but we'll need confirmation on this from Largo or if anyone happens to be speaking to them.
Stack, I prefer to post the realistic not the popular. The 3.3% finders fee is a one time fee but on the entire loan proceeds. One is a one-shot fee and the loan is over time but the blended, blended cost to Largo is just under 10%. How is that negative - it's simply fact. That's the problem - some here don't want to hear fact, just pleasantries. How about having over ONE BILLION shares out? Again, I'm presuming THAT is a fact too. That's more shares than Apple Computer Corporation. Is 10% pretty decent? I don't know but it isn't cheap - that I do know. Tell me, what rate of return do you get for your savings account in Canada? I get about 0.001 per year here - yep, ONE TENTH of ONE PERCENT. Again that's a fact. I CAN go all the way up to 1.05% If I lock for at least a year so no, I'm not impressed with the loan rate from BNDES. If that upsets some of you but if so, so be it.
