Lets just pretend for a moment that you are right and I am wrong.  Remember, this is just pretend.  

 

Explain to me why the share price is down almost 30 percent from the date of announcement of the "major deal" and continues to fall.

Explain to me why not one analyst from any firm has started covering Selectcore?

Why was management ashamed to publish 2011 results in a NR?

 Why has there been no AGM announcement?

Why, on the cusp of the payment system in Canada being revolutionized, so much so that Rogers has applied for a banking licence, has Selectcore a "leader" in the field not announced anything?

 

Do yourself a favor and go back into SEDAR and read Mints NRs from 2006.  This play and been played before and it doens't end well. 6 years later Mint is finally geting back on track and still suffers from stigmatization. (no pump for Mint intended).
