I believe these are shorts covering.

remember it went up as high as .24 cents on NR.

lots of shorts that day. Peter is covering IMO.

 

Since May 1st (discovery announcement was May 3rd), Peters has bought 1,467,000 shares and sold 0 (as in none) shares.
