Uncle Speaks Market value of TRR is 200 million so this is a very rich offer only IMG would do this as they have a fit if anyone thinks that IMG increse the bid has some missed information this stock should be trading at .60 cents.
UNcLe i care for the stake holders that don't get out or vote yea i don't want them to feel the pain cos no gain here walk away if you can get out at 3.30 don't be a bag holder.
IMG is going to rocket as the only reason for the selling was margin pressure.
