RE: Finding support,yes the dividend As a support, say they were to distribute 100% of the marketer cashflow and 0% of the oil and natural gas cash flow, then they could support a dividend of 2.5 cents per month. I think that's the downside, which would still be over 10% yield at current share price.
However, remember that american elections are incoming and that if the economy starts dwindling we will see QE3, which would support higher oil price (and thus current dividend).
