I believe the stock peaked May 04. Check Anon's trades around thta date. Their sales don't account for the amount of stock Peters is buying unless Peters was shorting @ 13-14 cents. Anon's average selling price is consistently low. It wouldn't make any sense for Peters to short in that range unless it was against stock they could pick up through exercising; if that's the case they would have no need to cover in the open market.
