Board of directors need to act.

There is professor Karl Moore from McGill that was just interviewed and states that there are too many sleepy boards in Canada. The board needs to push for progress in the company. If the board cannot get the management to produce for shareholders then one of 2 things need to happen. The board needs to be changed or the management needs to change. In some cases both events need to occur. The pace of change must also be increased. I vote change all. After 3 years of stalling there is no excuse for lack of progress. Too many opportunities have been left behind without action. All in my opinion.
