Again, I will repeat.  IT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH MINT

Another company I was looking at that is already listed in Canada has issues a SFP notice.  All I really wanted to know was what the difference was between raising capital through a SFP and a PP and why a company would choose one over the other.
