  I guess you never have lived or worked under layers of management below you and above you. Political nightmare, and when you get a promotion your pay goes up by $10000...whip it de do dah!!! No leaverage to your net worth in that scenerio. Enrico now has stock which he bought and close to 800000 option at .45 ish....he has a vested interest to take this company North in a hurry. Like all the management team and directors do. Very Motivated Individual.....
