Weak day for Facebook....

Weak day for Facebook....

There is no doubt in my mind that the market will take a "show me the money" approach to Facebook.  Facebook is going to have to demonstrate that it can earn revenue to justify its price.  In the mean time I expect the shares to decline in price.

My hope is that INT will secure solid sources of revenue to back up its Ortsbo listing.  This will put a floor price on Ortsbo shares and put the share price on an upward  trajectory if earnings growth is real.

Simply having a large user base is not going to be enough in this market with all the macro issues; europe, middle east , and an ongoing financial crisis  with no solutions as of yet, to justify a lofty price that is multiples higher than what a company's real earnings are.
