AMK Compensation of Officers

Taken from SEDAR.... These are the figures for "total compensation" for the following officers of AMK year ending 2011. This includes option awards-based compensation. I will bracket the cash salary portion after the total compensation is listed.

Allan Burton: $260,630 (vs. last year's paltry $198,895) Hey, why shouldn't he make more than the President of the United States? {cash salary $ 147,917 vs $50,000 in 2010}

Darren Blaney $243,010 (vs. last year's measly $183,281) {Cash salary $130,297}

Robert Edwards, CFO: $186,731 ..... {$108,474 cash salary}

The cash money salaries, in fairness, are somewhat lower but still quite high

Total Compensation $690,371.

Salaries only, total $386,945.
