These boards are suppose to be work for the share holders not to keep there fat stock options.  They have no right to say 'the company is NOT for sale'.  It is!  Everything is for sale and we as owners should have the right to make that decision - not insiders that only hole 12%.  Shareholder own 88%

This board has run the stock price down to protect there jobs.  Sound like we need to pull a CP!
