Hope you are right Elgin. Over the years I have heard these type of excuses before when insiders sold and rarely have ended up being true. CRA is always a good one and another used has been margin calls but this stock has not been marginable since the beginning of time....at least that is what it feels like. Would be encouraging to see some insider buying at these levels.
