Gas Prices

Gas Prices

The stock price has been rather depressing lately. If it is any consolation, the oil industry as a whole has been dropping quite a bit lately, though HYX seems to have it worse than others.

The good news that could help is that natural gas prices have been increasing from below $2.00 per thousand  cubic feel to now around $2.75. Hyperion's predictions are based on a $2.50 per 1000 cubic feet, which I had thought was quite optimistic, but now looks like it will be beaten.

I have bee reading that coal burning factories have been switching to Natural Gas at a significant rate recently, and this bodes well to support the nat gas price.
