part 4 of 2008 dlkm news release

The Company will continue to test material from the Mbwemkuru property and assess the best equipment to maximize gold recovery during this phase of exploration, with the intent of bringing the property into near term production.

Mbwemkuru Alluvial Gold Project has recently been acquired by Douglas Lake. The property is in the SE margin of the Karoo Basin and covers an area of 430 square kilometers. To date one of the most significant prospects is an eight by two kilometer block, with high gold concentrations within a 1.0 to 1.5 meter zone in the gravel, which is open at depth.

Exploration of the Mbwenkuru prospect is currently underway, including volumetric pit sampling at spacing of 500m by 50m on the high grade zone along the Mbwemkuru River, as well as regional pit traverses every 2-4 km along the entire 22km strike with 100m spacing. Samples for testing will be taken every meter from each pit yielding 6-10 samples per pit. An ongoing mapping program at a scale of 1:50,000 over the entire license area.

"The exploration work completed to date, as well as the results and obvious efficiency of the Falcon equipment are very encouraging and have management focusing on developing a proven resource as well as bringing the Mbwemkuru property into production as soon as possible" stated Harp Sangha President/CEO
