Its definitely concerning, especially someone who has stocks in the company.  You want it to do well but it is going to be interesting what happens. It would be assumed if they don't go to 280 tpd by early 2013 as indicated, or even 200 tpd there should be concern by shareholders about a new leader.  I think this is especially important to individuals who have big money in the company, like Munday and crew.

In regards to exploration as the only activity, my previous post showed concern over the company's lack of properties thus a lack of exploration drive that could move the company forward without the possible burden if the mine can't hold up.  There is definitely a concern that they can't raise money.  I would have thought they would go to some emerging markets like Japan, Korea and China.
