Yes, I said and meant "assets." Assets can be tangible, such as a proven property that has been valued by the marketplace or cash on hand.
But another group of assets are "intangible assets," meaning those properties likely to have a value, such as Tennyson or Treaty Creek. The intangibles are what will determine Teuton Resources' fate and projecting their future success is a matter of opinion, of course. And I cannot help but assume that much of the 300,000 acres in the Golden Triangle are just that, an intangible asset.
I appreciate your correction of my use of the word "asset" in the strictest accounting sense. But I stand by my use of the word. Now get back to Tuscany!!! :))
