Yes we are short of cash, therefore we cannot afford to pay (right now) for the necessary costs to keep our account in good standing. As many have observed, there is no insider 'selling', not even before we hit this slump. That says something. If management were in it for themselves and saw the end of the road they would have been out and on their way by now. I am 'certain' that they are out there still trying to get some cashflow to keep us going until we get the right investor on our side. Don't think for a minute they are not out there, the sharks are there waiting to pick us up for next to nothing.
I agree, management could have and should have done a better job of communicating with the shareholders, but at this point what are they going to say...."sorry guys we have no money right now, we are running on shoestring cashflow, we are doing what we can to keep this alive"......does that make you feel better. The fact that Third Eye and Joe have not come a knockin should give a flicker of hope that all is not lost, otherwise............
