RE: BAYWALL-EMAIL OR CALL THE COMPANY E-mailing or phoning them won't get the answers. They will say things are progressing and some general comments. They need a news release, but more explantory this time. Don't list the facts but the explain reasons behind the facts.
If a rollback occurs say, why it was necessary and how it will benefit the shareholders. Only 9 days left unless they extend the time schedule.
If that buyback happens, say what the processing division is all about, and why it was important to buy it back. It's unclear how they will pay for that.
And then the operations themselves. Sign-ups have dried up. the US expansion seems to have come to a halt. Maybe they stopped things on purpose to concentrate on restructuring the company and forming some more key strategic operations. Maybe they have to step back for a while and look at the bigger picture.
We can't see what they are planning, but we can see that sign-ups have dried up. And even when they were signing on dealers, the momentum had not really improved.
I'm still hanging on with my shares. The story is great, but have to bring it to life.
