The wording may have been unprecise; however, the message to shareholders was definite.... approve the deal with Genel or get NOTHING! The mention of a dividend was icing to obtain shareholder approval for a sale recommended by management which otherwise might have been rejected. In other words, this was made to look like a package deal!

Management cannot be trusted and will fight any lawsuit with company (i.e. our money). Pressure should be brought on directors, especially outside directors who did not receive massive termination contracts, have intact reputations, have individual liability and should be concerned about threat of legal action. I do not think Jay Garner would think management actions to be honorable? Who knows about Pettigrew?
