At the risk of appearing a downer on anyone's parade, I would like to point out a couple of things:

 

1) the amounts purchased as seen from the link you  posted are piddly for an insider. Heck, it's not much more than the 1/3 position I took myself as a retail investor in this company. How much "skin" each insider has is tough to ascertain, as I don't consider option grants as being part of that calculation.

 

2) This stock generally trades as a risk on/off along with other cyclicals. Before betting the farm in this (or any other leveraged cyclical company....don't mean to single out AGT only here), one would have to be confident that the situation in Europe will have settled down (Greece, etc). As for myself, I am not confident of that, and I am slowly selling covered calls on select cyclicals in my portfolio, just in case.
