Bruce sells 92,000 shares at an average cost of $2.10 (don't remember the exact sales prices).

92,000 X $2.10 = $193,200.

The cost to exeercise 225,000 options at 70 cents each is  $157,500. So his net takeaway from the sale was around $35,000. If you divide that by the average $2.10 per share sales price, that amounts to around 17,000 shares.

So, to sum up, Bruce actually liquidated 17,000 shares divided by total holdings of 4,850,000 for a whopping percentage of .3 percent.
