Your positioning sounds similar to mine.....an emphasis on divis, and a cash cushion to take advantage of oversold situations. Key is one I recently added to as well (via puts). Similar cash situations too.

 

I agree China bears watching. Wouldn't be surprised to wake up one morning to an anouncement that they have reduced the RRR once again to try to stimulate lending.
