San Francisco Project
A considerable increase (20,999 tonnes) of mineralized material was achieved with the exploration works in the areas of Lluvia de Oro and Cholita. 67,895 tonnes of mineralized material are now recorded with average grades of 3.32 g/t Au and 285 g/t Ag over an average width of 1.48m.
At Lluvia de Oro 1,600 level, a body of 110 m long is being completed with average grades of 2.01 g/t Au and 278 g/t Ag over a width of 1.5m. There is a possibility for this body to extend for another 100m based on the surface trenching made in this level. - 5 -
At Cholita’s area, NW ramp development extends its body that forms the Ch-03 Block over a length of 52m with average grades of 4.55 g/t Au and 155 g/t Ag over a width of 1.5m.
Surface trenching continued towards SE of San Mateo mine. Now a longitudinal continuity of over 500 m can be established. Sampling of No. 7 trench, at the SE end, showed average grades of 2.25 g/t Au and 171 g/t Ag over a width of 1.75 m.
Works began in the El Alacran zone. There is a continuous regular structure over a length of 500 meters. The trench sampling showed average grades that range from 1.06 g/t Au and 98 g/t Ag over a width of 1.3 m to 1.08 g/t Au and 69 g/t Ag over a width of 1.2 m.
A vein at the intersection of San Mateo and Cholita was explored over a length of 250 meters with surface trenches. There is a small shaft horizontally developed for around 10m. Sampling of this works reported average grades of 2.1 g/t Au and 200 g/t Ag over a width of 1.4m. Also, there is a front that intersects this structure with average grades of 2.6 g/t Au and 178 g/t Ag over a width of 0.9m.
