stupid math but can correct you on your numbers.... they are at +2 billion shares outstanding and we are at 322 million so they have like 6.5 times more shares out.... so im stupid enough to multiply your 0.38 by 6.5 =  2,47$ ... so by your numbers we should be at 2,47$ per share.
