RE: Selling a little The context of these sales is worth considering. Foremost Johns wages are modest, complimenting responsible company wide standards set 3-4 years ago, which to this time have yet to be compromised. (They might have assigned options which could have turned into bonus.)
These were his own shares which he sold, outside the market to cover his growing family overhead. (does he have 4 kids?) His success with this company warrants that standard of living, as his wife probably reminds him with the developing needs of kids.
For those of you who might time such an action most beneficially, let me know how - maybe we might beat the markets together--. But no worries things are in place for the much bigger prize.
Secondly, another director has had to regrettfully sell even more shares. Once again his own shares. Divorces aren't for the meek. Neither are other forms of bad debt, which are not uncommon in this day.
