GEA Process Engineering Inc. has been retained by BioExx Specialty Proteins Ltd. for scale up studies.

Having worked with BioExx Specialty Proteins Ltd. in early development of their different process steps, we are pleased to announce that we have been retained as their engineering and process partner for existing plant optimization and scale up studies. Immediate tasks include:

  • scalability of the current protein processing technology
  • process recommendations and scale-up of the Saskatoon plant
  • sustainability with regards to water and energy consumption
  • feasibility of a new greenfield processing facility
