Invesco Emerging Markets Sovereign Debt ETF V.PCY

Primary Symbol: PCY

The investment seeks to track the investment results (before fees and expenses) of the DBIQ Emerging Market USD Liquid Balanced Index (the underlying index). The fund generally will invest at least 80% of its total assets in U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds from emerging market countries that comprise the underlying index. The underlying index measures potential returns of a theoretical portfolio of liquid emerging market U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds.

RE: AGM

RE: AGM

I am in full agreement!!!  Deliverables on their timeframe have not been met.  I do appreciate there have been some items beyond their control but dipping into the pot is for results only.  Bonuses are for work above and beyond not just for doing your expected job!

If they DO dip into the pot under the current circumstances this will clearly be an unfavourable sign, if not for current shareholders, but certainly for any future institutions or any investors of any substantive quality. It is this future shareholder class who we need to enter the arena in order to build stockholder value on a consistent and stable basis.

Investor relations should get a pay cut.  There are several items where they could be releasing information with no skin off their nose where they have left us in the dark, like who exactly is negotiating the pp etc etc.
