RE: 10 day average is not long enough to value sto Fotus...I do not think you have taken the time to fully look at this. Here are a few things to consider.
For 50% of VLake MOA shareholders will now own 40% of all of MOZ(over 20MM shares of about the new 50MM in total) plus will still own all of the rest of MOA's other assets - 100% of GI/LR and BP). How much of MOZ do you think MOA shareholders should have received of MOZ??...you know this cannot be more that 50% of MOZ for 50% of VLake...
This deal provides MOA shareholders via their Newly issued MOZ shares to still fully participate in VLake's future upside so nothing lost here) plus whatever else MOZ can add value to; like their Golden Chest property. Since this is not a cash purchase, the current share prices really have little to do with the deal. it is the structure that counts. This deal is well structured so MOA shareholders can still participate in the upside of all of MOA's current assets going forward and adds extra value in that VLake is now consolidated under 100% ownership which will allow it to gain larger and wider recognition from the bigger financial backers and perhaps one day from bigger fish wanting to swallow up a multimillion OZ deposit....my thoughts, C.Gert
