Everyone had the same chance to read the news when it was released. That is the end of the story.

I tend to avoid the drama queen companies that issue a halt in a desperate attempt to get some attention. Guess what it's mostly retail investors who buy the gap up and pros who sell to them and then pick up the retail stop loss orders later in the day after the momentum has left the stock with retail loot in tow.
