You have to sign up but it is free for a set number a month.  Go to Vantagewire .com and you can access RT level 2 quotes.  The other one I use is Investor Point but it is 15mins. delay.  Lots of information on both sites insider sales and buys.  I use IP for research and if it's not urgent because I don' want to use all my free VW quota.
