Ngamia-1 and us

Ngamia-1 and us

Over 3,500,000 shares traded today. With Tullow / AOIs announcement of a further and even bigger net pay zone today, I think it is safe to assume that their Ngamia-1 well be proved commercial and massive. AOI has reached and surpassed $10 today and many are predicting that this is the just the tip of the iceberg. I tend to agree.

Tullow/AOI Ngamia-1 should bode quite well for us from here on. I've heard #'s in the range of 300 million and as high as 500 million barrels from this one well. Keith Hill, CEO AOI, is moving his family to Kenya, and Tullow/AOI has other wells planned for this year. My point is, the whole area and basin is being de-risked significantly with just Ngamia-1. It seems Kenya truly will be the home of mammoth sized elephant fields and investors are beginning to realize this. I say this because for the 1st time, that I can remember anyway, SMB is being mentioned on both the AOI and HRN boards, as a way to get in early. Fact is, we're all well aware of SMB and it's multi bagger potential, that's why we're here, but now that AOI is the toast of the town and soaring in to double digit territory, many will probaly feel late to the party and see SMB as the better entry. Here's to hoping for a positive Sproule report and being Kenya drill ready towards the end of this year. I own AOI and HRN as well, and I think SMB is more than capable of being in the same category sooner rather than later I believe. SMB will reward us all someday. Appreciate your thoughts. EH1.
