I just put my own name in but won't be attending the meeting. I'm not taking any chance on one of fiu management getting a chance to vote on my behalf. If they have a vote at the meeting and i'm not there them my share's are excluded from the voting process.. the number of my shares is excluded from the denominator and the numerator of the voting equasion.
