ALLEN4, I would add two more things in your "we have it all" list which are:

.

- VTR has other properties as well as Kiaka.  Do not forget those like Nassara, Titao etc... which also hosts a 1mil oz Au.   People tend to forget these.  And it is of high grades too.

- VTR has the confidence of IMF who invests in VTR because they see VTR as a viable company with excellent standards in helping develop Burkina Faso country.   IMF only invests in companies with high standard of ethics, communities development......

I believe IMF invested in VTR back in late 2009/ early 2010 at $.75/share
