or it could have been when somebody came a knocking and the valuation parameters blue the knocking party away.

Now, since the share price of Spi has fallen to these levels they will probably become like many other junior venture stocks and issue more shares after more shares.

What value did the shareholder get for the large brokered financing in 2010, what value did the shareholder get for the small financing in Dec. 2011?
