Yes, of course it's manipulation.  Many, if not all, junior mining stocks are manipulated in some form or another.  They are the most scrupulous, highest risk/reward ratio group of companies that I have ever observed.  The exchange will never be able to remove this problem.  The best they have done to date, is ensure that information is signed off by a qualified person.  That was a big help, but it goes a long way from preventing other inadequecies.

 

GTA has a track record of releasing results late.  The big news in Feb came from drilling the previous Oct.  Companies, not just GTA, continuously release results when it is 'timely' for them.  There is nothing in the TSX rules that prevent this.  Shareholders and the public get results when they are released.  Until then, we all wait.
