Whomever   "buys" HBM inherits all liabilities.

 

2 such liabilities are enviremental cleanup of tailings in Flin Flon(HUGE!), and lawsuit from Guatamala in which they are accusations of rape and murder.

 

Do  you think anyone is going to make a buyout offer???
