RE: Olma Proposal

RE: Olma Proposal

Past duplicity by FIU management makes it necessary to negotiate in public. They will blow off any discreet offer without even a news release if they can get away with it. I believe the reason they've opted for the asset sales is they would have no reason to try and make a go of the company. Face it, they never had to sell both sides of the company. Ethical, intelligent management would have put both sides of the company up for sale and then concentrated on getting the best price from the asset that had the most interest an pay off the June debt. Instead we have AngloGold helping management on the road to ruin and then scooping up MWS cheap. They have no interest in Ezulwini so Gold One gets that one cheap.

Management is in the hip pocket of AngloGold. I doubt they will be very happy about any offer that makes Anglo a minority partner. I also think if Anglo has to up their offer to get MWS they will hold management responsible. Have you noticed how Deon van der Mescht seems to have disappeared?

Anyone who is contemplating voting yes should probably sell their shares today. I can almost guarantee that you .07/shr is far more than you will get if this company gets wound down. I continue to believe that our only hope is in a credible new offer for the company as a whole plus debt.
