Be careful goofy these guys are after you now.  Apparently a dilution which almost doubles the share count is nothing to be concerned with and should not be mentioned on this board.   

 

In my humble opinion it is a valid concern that should be discussed.  We all knew they would need cash this year and a partnership/dilution is certainly a neat option.  I see both pros and cons to it, one pro is that the shareprice will hover around 25 cents for the next month.  Therefore my dream of buying back in the mid-teens is now officially dead.   The cons to a dilution are obvious but maybe this partnership will bring on more business, who knows.  Don't let them bully you goofy and keep your comments coming, I think they are valid.
