By the way, I honestly worry the most about diltution pre-reverse split or post-reverse split. Dilution would keep the shareprice very low. Dilution post-reverse split might even eyewash some people and destory shareholder value insteed increasing it. I hope Eisler knows what he is promising. Usually CEOs of microcaps in the situations CDO is, can't keep such promises at all. .....But of course 'increasinf shareholder vlaue' alwys sounds wonderful by every new CEO.
