I'm 100% confident that there will be no other items to vote on as they can't just bring something to the table to have a vote on. An example would be firing the BOD...then and there. It could be suggested by various shareholder at the meeting, ( IF THE NO vote was to win) That management might want to consider teh results as a very strong non-confidence vote and look for a reasonable escape or a way to leave.. But there will not and cannot be a vote to turf them out without calling for another meeting and allowing time for some kind of circular.

That goes for anything of substance I think. We do not need to worry about having out proxies used for other votes I'm pretty sure.
