Through its subsidiary Generacion Andina SAC, it owns 8 de Agosto, a Run of River hydroelectric operation.

Today's transactions looks like someone wanted in and took advantage of the very low share price.  Probably a pre-arranged trade where two parties agreed to transfer a $400,000 in shares.  Or perhaps some tax planning at work.
